Active Cumbria are holding a FREE Run Leader Workshop in March 2014 in partnership with Run England to help support new run leaders in the south of the county.
The workshops are being held in Ulverston and Braithwaite and will be delivered by Louise Shannon, North West Run Leader of the Year 2013.

Attendees will take away practical session ideas which will add variety to their sessions
There will be opportunities to share ideas and make connections to other leaders and groups in the area which can support you in the future.
