Junior Triathlon Coaching at Crosby Lakeside and Aquathlon event on the 7th June 2014

JUNIOR COACHING

The sessions are coached by British Triathlon qualified coaches from Mersey triathlon club.

Coaching will include Open Water swimming, cycling, running and transition skills.

You will need a bike and helmet for bike sessions and running shoes and kit for the run sessions, swimwear and goggles for swim sessions (wetsuits will be provided).

Cost of coaching is £2 per session. 

The first session is Saturday 10th May at 12.15 pm then each Thursday at 6.30 pm.

JUNIOR AQUATHLON EVENT

 Open Water Swim followed by a Run (various distances available)

Date: Saturday 7th June 2014

Entry fee: BTF members £9, NON members £10
