The workshop will include many areas of running and include; gait analysis, biomechanics and the effect of running injuries. Running analysis will highlight possible areas for improvement of running form and minimise risk of injuries. Short presentation on running form and styles. Drill demonstration and practical session following mobilisation warm-up and best preparation for main sessions. |

Looking at and explaining the key components related to physiology and bio-mechanics this workshop will also cover a motion-capture bike fitting to deliver highly accurate and comprehensive data to guide optimal performance, efficiency, injury prevention, and comfort on the bike. |
