Held on the 3rd August 2013 at Lake Windermere
There were 15 attendees in total.
It was a very windy day, but enjoyed by all. Emma Brunning was the head swim smooth coach and had brilliant assistance from Paddy (Kendal Tri club). Rob Smallbone was also in attendance from Mersey Tri as a volunteer coach shadowing and helping Emma and Paddy from the water.
There is another open water training day planned for this season on the 24th August 2013 at Crosby, Lakeside.
