The winners of the prodigious Workforce Awards (Volunteer) for the NW Region 2014

As the 2014 season draws to a close it is the time to reward those that have put in extra work for others to reap the benefits. This year is no exception. The North West Regional Committee received nominations from across the region before deciding on the winners for 2014.The following worthy recipients have been recognised for their outstanding work in triathlon across North West.

Development Coach - Steve Hibbert
Participation Coach - Danny Parr
Club of the Year - Manchester Triathlon Club
Event of the Year - Deva Divas (Chester Triathlon Club)
Official - Mark Humphreys
Young Volunteer - Sophie Myers
Young Coach -  Catherine Jones
Volunteer - Tricia Quirke
Children's Coach - Andrew Richardson 

They were all presented with their trophies and the Regional Awards ceremony last Saturday night.

Catherine Jones also was awarded the National Award for Young Coach of the Year at the Triathlon England AGM.
