Triathlon England South Central regional committee have come to the decision to liquidate some assets on equipment that is underutilised within the region. This will allow TESC to fund other grass roots project and club support. To make it fair the committee have made the decision to hold a closed bid auction. This auction will end 12 noon on 30th Nov 2018 You will be asked to send your best and final offer to Jen Granger and Jan Goble only See the attached rules and bid form. Sealed Bid Instructions for the Sale of Transition racking
Thank you for your interest in the SEALED BID AUCTION of TESC transition bike racking
If you would like to submit a sealed bid to purchase the racking, please follow these instructions and please submit your bid by _Friday, 30th November 2018 at 12:00 Noon to the e-mail address below.

1. Complete the Sealed Bid Summary Form for the property. Please fill in the amount of your bid, your contact information, and sign the Bid Summary Form. The minimum bid amount is Five Hundred Pound (£500).
2. Place the completed Sealed Bid Summary Form and the check as a PDF and email with the email title clearly marked “TESC transition Racking Auction”. Please have delivered to the email stated above prior to the deadline. The Seller is not responsible for bids that do not arrive prior to bid closing.
3. Payment and collection of the racking must occur within thirty (30) days after seller confirmation, unless other arrangements are made with the Seller.
4. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE.
