GO TRI and Tri50 successfully ran a day for girls who attend Aylesbury High School on the 21st May . This was a fun-filled cycle skills session at Aylesbury High School, plus the girls found out how to negotiate a speedy Triathlon transition.
25 girls from Aylesbury High School enjoyed the session which included ;
- Cycling skills necessary for safe riding on open roads
- How, when and why to use your gears
- How to corner
- How to get through transition quickly
- Loads and loads of practice
