Tri-Henley is delighted to be hosting the South Central AGM and Presentation Evening at Shiplake College on Saturday 29 September from 6pm.
We have a beautiful venue, in stunning grounds, and we are relatively central within the region so we hope it will be a fairly easy journey for you to join us for the evening.
The venue address is: Shiplake College, Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire, RG9 4BW. Please enter via the main drive and park on the front field as indicated by the signs.
We have arranged with the College’s catering department to provide food for the evening. We will be offering lasagne, chips, garlic bread and salad and there will be a vegetarian alternative. Coffee, tea and soft drinks will also be available. The cost for the food/drink will be £7.50 per person and this must be paid in advance into our club bank account. Your payment must be received by 5:00 on Wednesday 26 September at the latest as we will confirm numbers with the catering department at that point. It is a condition of using the College facilities that guests will not bring other food into the College premises.

The programme for the evening is:
6:00-7:00 - Fun swim session in the College pool for our junior guests (this is for all athletes that have competed in the South Central Series in 2018)
7:00-8:00 - South Central AGM - all welcome - we have vacancies to fill so please come and get involved.
8:00-9:00 - Presentation of South Central Junior Triathlon 2018 awards. If for some reason you can't make this please ensure that someone collects your trophy - we will not be posting them out.
