Notice of an Annual General Meeting Dear Triathlon England South Central Member, All Triathlon England South Central Region members (including affiliated clubs) are invited to attend the 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM). This will be held at Double Tree by Hilton hotel M4 Junction 13, Oxford Road, Newbury, RG20 8XY on Tuesday 22nd October 2019 from 6pm to 9pm.
AGM & Annual Awards presentation will be followed by;

- Talking tables – hot topics from regional survey;
- Club Development / Management
- Junior coaching
- Inter-Regional Series
The outline agenda;
- To receive the reports of the committee members and the accounts for the year ended March 2019
- To re-elect or re-appoint to the following positions;
- Chairperson
- Vice Chairperson
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- TE Council Representative
- Junior Series Coordinators
- Senior Series Coordinator
- Communications Coordinator
- Technical Coordinator
- Para Triathlon Coordinator
- Welfare Officer
Committee includes the Academy Coach and Skills School co-ordinator

Voting members may make nominations for the committee to be elected at the AGM. This must be done by sending the nominees name, the post for which they are nominated and the names of both proposer and seconded to Chair Janice Goble jangoble@triathlonengland.org
Nominations are welcome for all positions.
