The course will cover relevant sporting injuries and will be delivered by medics with triathlon sports coach educators from Lifeline Training.

The course content will include: aims of first aid, role of first aider, a range of injuries and an opportunity for Q&A and is open to all Home Nation Members.

All candidates will receive:

• A training pack
• A colour manual
• 4 certificates (Emergency First Aid at Work - Triathlon First Aid 6hrs, Automated  External Defibrillator, BHF Emergency Life Support, Auto Adrenaline Injection Pen Module), valid for 3 years.
