Did you know our first 7Oaks Triathlon took place in 1985?
Some of our most loyal race participants have competed over 25 times!
The 7 Oaks Triathlon has been running for over 30 years and is one of the longest running triathlon races in the South East. In 2024 year the race will take place on Sunday 28th April. The format will be a 400m pool swim, 26km undulating bike course and finishes with a 5km run around beauthiful Knole Park.
The race is organised by 7Oaks Tri Club who provide the many friendly marshals on the day.
