Jenny Vincent spent a fantastic evening with Ashford Tri Club meeting members and talking about opportunities to be involved in triathlon.
As part of the current Triathlon England strategy, Jenny Vincent (Regional Manager for the South East) is aiming to meet with all affiliated Triathlon England clubs. The aim of these meetings are:
- To learn more about each club and the triathlon provision they offer.
- To identify if Triathlon England can offer the club any support or advice.
- To promote Triathlon England membership and the benefits of being a member.
- To update club members on opportunties to volunteer in the sport as coaches, officials, and events support.
- To introduce clubs and their members to GO TRI.
In January, Jenny Vincent was kindly invited to Ashford Tri Club to meet thier members and present to them some different opportunties to volunteer in triathlon. You can see the presentation here.
