Once more it has been chosen to be included in the Triathlon England South East Senior series.  

Now in its 37th year, the East Grinstead sprint triathlon is one of the oldest in the area. 

Suitable for beginners through to seasoned triathletes, this event is one of the friendliest, most scenic races in the calendar. A 400m pool swim at Kings Leisure Centre, a 26k cycle on an undulating route through the villages of Forest Row and Hartfield, coming back to East Grinstead on a fast flat stretch, a 5k run (two laps) around East Grinstead town to finish.

Returning this year, the EAST GRINSTEAD AQUABIKE - a 400m swim followed by a 26k bike, on the same course as the Sprint triathlon.

TRY-A-TRI - LADIES, OPEN and YOUTH RACES A shortened version of the Sprint Tri, starting in the pool swimming 200m (8 lengths). The cycle is 11km though the village of Ashurst Wood and back into East Grinstead before setting out on a 2.5km run around the scenic town of East Grinstead, with marshals cheering you all the way from the start to the finish line.
