A free workshop for parents of young triathletes to provide them with some straight forward background information on triathlon and the coaching principles surrounding it so that they can perhaps feel confident enough to offer to help out at their local club or triathlon events.

The TESE South East Regional committee would like to reach out to parents of junior triathletes and invite you to attend a free Parents Triathlon Workshop.

This is a free workshop for any parent interested in finding out about and getting involved in their child’s triathlon.

The main objective of the workshop is to provide you with some straight forward background information on triathlon and the coaching principles surrounding it so that you can perhaps feel confident enough to offer to help out at your local club or event should you want to do this.

The workshops available are as follows;

• Surrey – Surrey Sports Park, Guildford – Sunday 6th March – 9.30am – 12.30pm
• Kent – Shorne Woods Country Park – Saturday 12th March – 9.30am – 12.30pm
• Sussex – The Triangle, Burgess Hill – Saturday 16th April – 9.30am – 12.30pm
