British Triathlon Annual Digital Handbook
The registration deadline for your club to be included in the 2015 British Triathlon Handbook is Friday 28 November 2014.
Following member feedback and in line with our Environmental Policy, the 2015 British Triathlon Handbook will be an electronic version.
What are the benefits for a club to affiliate?
- Your club members will pay a reduced fee for membership with Triathlon England or Welsh Triathlon
- Advertise your club and activities to 40,000 visitors searching for a club each year
- Public Liability Insurance of £10 million per incident to cover all club training sessions, activities, meetings and social activities.
- Directors and Officers Liability Insurance
- The club will receive support from Home Nation staff and your Regional Manager on club development, coaching and event support
- Publication in the British Triathlon Annual Digital Handbook
- Affiliated clubs are eligible to join the Club Promotion Scheme, and get £5 back from Triathlon England for every athlete that joins Triathlon England, via a link from the club website. Please speak to your Regional Manager for details.
Clubs can include details all club sessions, including the type of session and location, to help promote the activities your club is running.
Affiliation fee: £105 or £87.50 for junior only clubs
All fees are per annum and run from the 1 January until 31 December 2015. You can pay online, or generate an invoice and send in a cheque, made payable to British Triathlon, before 28 November 2014.
You can also opt to pay online later, with a final deadline of the end of the calendar year, to continue to be covered by the Public Liability Insurance.
Please note: The Main club contact will need to have a Home Nation Membership number in order to complete the affiliation and payment.
