The TESE AGM will take place on the Thursday 30th October 2014 via a conference call, starting at 7pm.  All South East Triathlon England members are welcome to join the call.

To register to join the call, please click here.  Please note that in order to vote during the call, you will need to have pre-registered.  Pre-registration includes a request for contact information and your Triathlon England registration number.  The conference call details are provided automatically once the registration is complete.

All positions on the Committee will become vacant at the AGM, if you wish to stand for a position please contact the chairman on chair@triathlonenglandsoutheast.org.  You must send your interest by 6pm on Wed 8th October 2014, and have at least one other eligible seconder available for the call.  If there is more than one application for a position there will be a vote on the AGM conference call.  Whilst in many cases the incumbent committee member has agreed to stand again, this should not deter any other TESE member in the region putting their name forward if they wish to do so.

Please note that all these positions are volunteer positions and the committee meets 3 to 4 times a year.  As you will see there are currently 4 positions that are vacant.  If you feel that triathlon has given you something, it would be great to give a little back.  The rolls are not onerous and will probably only take up a handful of hours each month.

1. Chairman - currently occupied by Matt Honey, who has agreed to stand again
2. Secretary - currently vacant (the roll of the secretary is to collate actions at meetings and to arrange the AGM)
3. Treasurer - currently occupied by Mike Green, who has agreed to stand again
4. Events and Technical officials Representative - currently occupied by Clare Donovan, who has agreed to stand again
5. Junior series co-ordinator - currently occupied by Dean Painter, who has agreed to stand again
6. Adult series co-ordinator - currently occupied by Beckie Chapman, who has agreed to stand again
7. Young persons co-ordinator - currently occupied by Paul Hedger, who has agreed to stand again
8. Marketing, publicity and PR officer - currently vacant (the roll of the Marketing and PR officer is to find hooks for news stories across the region, to write the stories and add them to the TESE Facebook page and website whenever they have time)
9. Funding officer - currently vacant (the roll of the funding officer will be to collate and co-ordinate any requests for funding from clubs and organisations within the region)
10. Para Tri co-ordinator - currently occupied by Dave Clyne, who has agreed to stand again
11. Sussex County Representative - currently occupied by Dick Donovan, who has agreed to stand again
12. Kent County Representative - currently vacant (the roll of the county rep is to get to know and distribute information to and from the clubs in their county)
13. Surrey County Representative - currently occupied by Ken Kennison, who has agreed to stand again.

Applications for the vacant positions will be accepted up until 4pm on Friday 24th October.
