After the success of the BUSTINSKIN EVENTS and Tri Ferris Promotions standard and sprint distance championships in 2018 we can now declare the application process for the 2019 Region Championships open!
Event organisers around the South West get yourselves in the running for the kudos and commercial benefits of hosting the South West Champs!!
So here are our entry criteria:
- It must be an established event, not an event in its first year.
- The event must be capable of hosting over 200 athletes and capable of further growth if needed
- We will be able to seek references of athletes raced in previous years for independent feedback
- Entries should be taken via a recognisable on-line platform and have an easy way for the organiser to identify Triathlon England South West Members
- Your entry database must be able to clearly identify South West Triathlon England members and on finish results to be displayed on-line after the event.
- The event must have a chip timing service provided by recognisable provider who can produce separate results for SW Champs for prompt award ceremony
- The event must be BTF accredited and satisfy safety and inclusivity requirements
- We may ask look at last years technical officials report to make sure the event has previously run to a good standard

Deadlines for message receipt is: Friday March 1st 2019. Applications forms will all be sent out then and needed back by March 15th 2019. Decisions will be announced April 5th 2019.
