Notice of South West Regional AGM 10th October 2015

The Triathlon England South West Annual General Meeting will take place at 14:00hrs at the offices of the Somerset Activity and Sports Partnership, Castle road, Chelston business park, Wellington, Somerset, TA21 9JQ.

It would be great to see as many club representitives as possible attend this meeting. Its your chance to meet and chat to members of the commitee and shape how you would like to see the sport evolve in your region.

2.      To agree the minutes of the previous AGM (held on 18 October 2014)

3.      To appoint the following Officers for 2016:

•              Chair

•              Vice-Chair

•              Secretary

•              Treasurer

•              Adult Regional Championship Co-ordinator

•              Junior Race Series Co-ordinator

•              Technical Officer

•              Substitute representative for Council (if Chair cannot attend)

•              Any other Officers to be agreed by the AGM as necessary
