This will be second running of Bowood triathlon ,set in the idyllic Beautiful Bowood House grounds in Wiltshire.
On Saturday the 28th of June Bowood House in Wiltshire is hosting the Triathlon England South West Inter Regional Championship qualifier, we also have super sprint and sprint triathlon for Adults , you may also enter as 2 /3 person team , On Sunday 29th June of we are running super sprint ,and sprint Triathlon ,giving you option to race Saturday or Sunday again if you want to try triathlon ,you can enter as 2 / 3 person teams.
The swim takes place in Bowood lake ,weed free and clear for a great swim , an entry / exit ramp makes it easy for you to enter and exit the water (you can see video of ramp in use on the event facebook page Events logic uk ). The sloping bank to the lake side making it great for spectating , the cycle route takes you around grounds of Bowood ,flat fast tarmac surface completely 100% traffic free ,again laps making circuit spectator friendly , the run takes you through fantastic Bowood grounds ,once more fantastic for spectating and 100% traffic free.
Bowood triathlon is aimed at all abilities and ages , we are also running familiarisation coaching days for the first time this year with qualified coaches to help you prepare for Triathlon.
