Regional Head Coach Position

Overview

The aim of this role is to lead the support for triathletes within the region to develop further up the triathlon performance pathway.  This is achieved through the regional academy programme, an annual programme, that is the performance hub of the region that has at its core four values:

• High Quality Coaching- not training
• A clear performance environment with the focus on maximising long-term athlete development
• Integration of the many variable and components in athletic development
• Engage the region

Objective

“To build and lead a Regional Academy that supports athletes to develop from local and regional programmes to become national and internationally successful triathletes.”
