TE West Midlands is pleased to join British Triathlon  in celebrating the launch of the new Education and Learning pathway.

The West Midlands region has always been keen to support clubs in identifying, developing and upskilling coaches and volunteers. Understanding the pressures on clubs and individuals we are happy to confirm the following bursaries:

Foundation Coach - £200 of the £300 will be paid by the region (previously the bursary was for £175 of the £350 Level 1 cost)
Group Coach - £300 of the £500 will be paid by the region (previously the bursary was £270 of the £540 Level 2 cost)
 
Each club in the region is eligible for multiple coaching bursaries, but all bursaries must be accompanied by a recommendation by the club, and a clear coaching commitment that is part of the club’s annual development plan. further details about the bursaries and application form are on this link

In addition WM will fund £75 of the £115 for the Triathlon Specific First Aid course to be run in Worcester on 19th August (https://www.britishtriathlon.org/get-involved/education/triathlon-specific-first-aid_18142). One place per club initially, but potentially more.
 
Also remember the region has made available an amount of online CPD on various topics at Gordon Franks Training to complete in your own time.
