This summer Triathlon England are running a number of novice open water swim days around the country. This is your opportunity to gain some open water coaching experience.
This summer we are running a number of novice open water swim days around the country
A lot of the newer L2 coaches who have not delivered any open water have asked if we can do some CPD style workshops to give them some delivery experience.
With this in mind i am offering 10 free places for newer L2 coaches to work along side the TE team team to get some practical OW experience at TOP BARN Nr Worcester on Saturday 30th June .
We would do a session with the coaches before the novice athletes arrive getting them familiar with open water coaching ( we are looking at 2 groups of 25 in the day ) & then the coaches will take & coach a session for those athletes.
Leigh Archer who is Lead Coach for the day will be on hand to give you guidance & feedback etc
Obviously demand for this is going to be high .
All i need from you is an email committing to the day to guarantee your place
