Youngsters can snap up their places for the series starting in March

Young triathletes in the West Midlands (Shropshire, Birmingham, Black Country, Warwickshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Staffordshire) can put themselves to the test in the West Midlands Junior Race Series.

Events take place around the region between March and August for children aged from 9 to 16 years old.

Those entering must live in the West Midlands or be a member of a West Midlands TE (Triathlon England) affiliated club.

Positions in the series will be based on the competitor's total of four highest scores from the aquathlon/triathlon/duathlon races.
