Local Technical Official (LTO) Course to be held on the 13th April at Tipton Sports Academy. As a Local Technical Official you are qualified to be the chief race official at all pool based events and you are also able to assist aRegional Technical Official (RTO) at open water based events.
To qualify to become a LTO you must complete at least four shadows at 4 Triathlon England recognised events (two of them pool based). Pre requisites:you must be at least an associate member of Triathlon England.You must be a minimum 16 years of age.
The cost of the course is only £15, but in order to help interested parties the West Midlands Region are offering to pay this back in addition to a £100.00 bursary to cover travel expenses etc whilst attending he shadows events, upon completion of the qualification.
