Novices take to the water at Top Barn Activity Centre for Open Water coaching.
On Saturday 30th June, 26 Novices braved the water at Top Barn Activity Centre nr Worcester , many for the 1st time in a wetsuit with a session led by Leigh Archer & assisted by level 2 coaches looking for experience in delivering open water swimming sessions.
After a short classroom session we were in the water & nerves were soon dispelled and groups were soon getting to grips with techniques associated with swimming in open water.
