All Triathlon England members in the West Midlands are invited to the West Midland Regional Committee’s AGM.
The AGM, followed by the regional awards ceremoney, will take place on Sunday 22nd October from 5.15pm to 6.15pm at Tipton Academy Sports and Social Function Room, Wednesbury Oak Road, DY4 OBS*.
The Awards ceremony will start at 6.30pm with a buffet and presentations begin at 7pm (we expect to be finished around 8.00pm). Tickets for the awards can be obtained on this link (it is not necessary to purchase a ticket for entry to the AGM only): www.entrycentral.com/festival/170
An important part of the AGM is the nomination and election of committee members for the following year. Whilst some members of the committee will offer to continue their role, we are interested to hear from members who wish to consider a role on the committee. We are particularly keen to hear from anybody who is interested in the Junior Series Coordinator role or who would be willing to support a person in that role. We currently do not have anyone to fill this position and anticipate that it may not be possible to run a Junior Series in 2018 if the role remains vacant.

We understand that Triathlon England may request that all Regional Committees update their constitutions at their 2017 AGMs to reflect current best practice. Currently we do not have details, but will add them to the West Midlands page of the Triathlon England website when we have them.
