Local Technical Official (LTO) As a Local Technical Official you are qualified to be the chief race official at all pool based events and you are also able to assist a Regional Technical Official (RTO) at open water based events.
This is a free course (conditions apply) and 0n completion of the qualification all Yorkshire & Humberside Members will be awarded £80 from the Regional Committee. This is to cover the cost of any expenses incurred whilst completing your four shadow events.
