Every Club should have one! Would you like to help support your club event by becoimg the club event official? Would you like to officiate at your local or national events?
 
Then why not start your journey by booking a FREE place on your Local Technical Officials course!
 
Local Technical Official (LTO) As a Local Technical Official you are qualified to be the chief race official at all pool based events and you are also able to assist a Regional Technical Of

ficial (RTO) at open water based events.
 
To qualify to become a LTO you must complete at least four shadows at four BTF recognised events (two of them pool based).
 
Pre requisites:
 You must be at least an associate member of Triathlon England.
 You must be a minimum 16 years of age.
 
This is a FREE course, terms and conditions do apply, see below.
 
On completion of the qualification all Yorkshire & Humberside Members will be awarded £80 from the Regional Committee. This is to cover the cost of any expenses incurred whilst completing your four shadow events.

Terms and Conditions: All applicants must complete the four shadows within 12 months of the course date, failure to do so will result in full payment of the course amount to be paid to BTF within 30 days from when the invoice is issued.
