How you got into Triathlon? After watching the adult club racing, I thought I’d like to have a go at that. It was always friendly and inclusive.  My first triathlon was alp d’huez while on holiday.

What is your favourite part? Cycling 

How did you become a Youth Triathlon Activator? My friends and I wanted to get more involved in coaching and supporting our club.

Why did you want to get involve with the Regional Committee? I wanted to gain experience and learn more about other aspects of triathlon.

Sophie's role will be to promote all Yorkshire triathlon-based activity on the Regional Social Media Accounts.
