Swim Smooth How to Teach Freestyle Workshop 28th June 2014
In February 32 Eastern Regional Triathlon Coaches attended a Swim Smooth workshop to learn How to Teach Freestyle. Another course has now been confirmed for Saturday 28th June at St Neots Sports Centre, Cambs.
