The London Triathlon Committee are holding their Regional Annual General Meeting on 6 October at 7pm.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the AGM will be held via Zoom.

Please find below the details of how you, as a Home Nation member of Triathlon England, can participate in the London Regional AGM.
 
The Regional AGM is an opportunity for all affiliated clubs and Home Nation members to hear about the work the Regional Committee has done over the previous 12 months.  It is also your chance to elect the members of the committee and have a voice on what you want from your regional committee for the following year.

Please note if you wish to stand for a position on the committee, all nominations for committee posts must be received 14 days prior to the AGM.
 
It is hoped as many people as possible will be available to virtually attend the AGM.  If you wish to attend, you will need to pre-register, please complete the registration form here.  Please note only Home Nation members registered to the region may virtually attend and vote at the AGM.  The meeting details will be sent to all those that have registered at least a day before the meeting is due to take place.
 
All documentation pertaining to the region’s AGM will be posted on this website page 10 days before the meeting.  Please find attached the, Chairs Report, Annual accounts. Any resolutions and nominations for committee posts will posted here when recieved.
