Rosa Teagle
Rosa is the Chairperson of the West Midlands Committee. She has been involved in Triathlon for many years, as an event organiser, aNational Technical Official (NTO) and club coach. She a member of Solihull Triathlon Club.
Andy Teagle
Andy’s role involves junior development of 11-18 year olds who aspire to represent West Midlands at the IRCs and accessing the Talent Pathway via academy trials. As well as being a competitor in is own right, Andy is also a National Technical Official is a member of Solihull Triathlon Club.
Helen Seabourne
As Officials Co-ordinator she keeps a record of Technical Officials in the region, assisting officials with any queries.
Sarah Taylor
Sarah is a Continental Technical Official (CTO) and also a member of Birmingham Running, Athletics & Triathlon (BRAT) Club. Sarah held the post of Officials Coordinator for the West Midlands region for the last 6 years and has now taken up the role of TE Representative on the TE Council. Sarah's role is to ensure that the West Midlands region is represented fairly at a national level, and this means she attends all the Triathlon England Council meetings. She also provides a quarterly update to the Committee.
Duncan Hough
In Duncan's role as Triathlon England Director for Events, Rules and Technical, he has led the development of the Motor Cycle Officials Course, the Local and Regional Technical Official Courses and was lead in obtaining the 'ITU Accredited Technical Officials' Education Programme', to enable BTF to offer the National Technical Officials course for International Officiating.
Duncan started his first triathlon in 1989 and has raced every year since in all formats and distances, including a number of National titles, and has represented GB as an Age-Group athlete many times. He is qualified as an ITU International Technical Official, officiated at the Olympics, and has been the Technical Delegate for the WTS Stockholm event. Duncan is also an Officials tutor both nationally and internationally. In additiona, he is a race organiser, qualified Level 3 triathlon coach and past Chair of the BRAT Club, as well as sitting on the ITU Multisport Committee and ETU Technical Committee.
During the daytime, he runs his own business producing machines for the recycling and processing of plastics.

Kirsty Outhwaite is the Regional Manager for our area. She works with clubs to help them develop, and is an integral part of keep the Region up to date with all governing body information and initiatives
Academy Coach & Regional Head Coach - Steve Lloyd
Steve is the Regional Head Coach employed by the region to develop athletes to become nationally recognised, in line with the British Triathlon Federation National Development Strategy. As well as monthly academy days, athletes also benefit from on-going coaching and continuous monitoring.
