Visas
WTPS Swansea have been advised that due to UK visa timelines all persons who require a visa to attend a UK sporting event should apply as early as possible. WTPS Swansea therefore request the provision of information of all athletes and staff who potentially may attend WTPS Swansea, prior to the confirmation of the final start list.
Please complete the attached spreadsheet with all requested information and send it to swansea@britishtriathlon.org. The deadline for information provision is Friday 24 June but we advise immediate action where possible. Your application will be reviewed and approved by World Triathlon before visa letters will be distributed.

Covid-19
Whilst all restrictions have been lifted by the UK Government, including requirements for entering the UK, WTPS Swansea will continue to follow World Triathlon requirements. All athletes, coaches, medical staff and support personnel, Technical Officials and swim exit assistants will be required to complete the online pre-event questionnaire through the link that will provided by the LOC in due course. The use of face coverings in all areas is not mandatory. Hand sanitiser will be provided in all high-traffic locations.
Should individuals require a ‘fit to fly’ PCR test, the following are suggested – however the LOC cannot facilitate the provision of tests. In all cases, advanced booking is required:
