Each autumn the best young triathletes from London and South-East Regions compete against each other in a Duathlon.
The 2015 Event
The event was hosted by South-East Region at Cyclopark, Gravesend, and it was a fantastic day of racing on this purpose-built cycle circuit in beautiful conditons.
Each team was sized 60, made up of T1, T2, T3 and Youth.
Selection was based on performances during the season, and invites sent out in August (or September).
The match result was a win for South East by 243 points to London with 197 points - see below for socres by each category.
