Today marks the one month to go countdown to the individual triathlon events on 24 July at the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.

Triathlon fans have been spoilt for choice when it comes to world-class racing in recent years with the London 2012 Olympic Games and last year’s PruHealth World Triathlon Grand Final London delivering exhilarating racing. A month today (24 July) the individual races will begin from 11am before the triathlon mixed relay makes its debut at a major championships on Saturday 26 July.

The events in Glasgow have a host of free-to-view spectator spots, that will include activity zones where fans can enjoy a range of triathlon-themed entertainment, watch the events unfold and enjoy the festival atmosphere as triathlon takes the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games by storm. If you haven’t got a ticket for the Grandstand then why not make the journey and use our Spectator Maps to help plan your day.
