The scope for training and competing in triathlon across London is considerable - and growing all the time. In Triathlon adult athletes compete together and results are categorised by age-group - starting at 20 with no upper limit! In London there are the iconic events that gain national coverage but also many smaller, local and fiercely fought triathlons somewhere near you. London Junior Series

Triathlon London has a vibrant and active community of young Triathletes across the Region. Youngsters can enter events in the year they become 8, continue in Tristar and Youth events until the age of 16 and then move to Junior competition from 17-19. There are many events for each age-group and several clubs in London have blossoming Junior Sections.
