Coach Education in London

British Triathlon as the governing body has a duty to ensure that coaches are supported in their activities and are given the opportunity to further their own personal development.

The Triathlon Coach Education Programme has been produced in conjunction with Sports Coach UK to improve the quality and consistency of triathlon coaching at all levels throughout the UK. The course content has been developed in line with the UK Coaching Certificate (UKCC). The programme currently consists of three levels of award, catering for basic skills for groups through to developing performance training for individual athletes.

To ensure high quality and consistent delivery, all courses are delivered by trained British Triathlon Coach Education Tutors, who have a wealth of triathlon and coaching knowledge and expertise. Support for coaches is also provided at a local level by the Triathlon London Regional Manager and Triathlon London's Coaching Coordinator, Audrey Livingston.

Full details of all regions' Coach Education Courses can be found on the British Triathlon coaching webpages.

Please note that courses typically run in the off-season, between September and March. If no courses are listed on the British Triathlon coaching section, please contact your Regional Manager for an update on future courses.
