Double Leg Strength

Explanation

Double Leg Strength exercises are important in helping provide a stable base when swimming biking and running.

In this video Georgia Taylor-Brown provides exercise demonstration as British Triathlon's Senior Strength and Conditioning coach Ian Piper talks us through three exercises; the swiss ball wall squat, the body weight squat and the dumbell goblet squat. The exercises in this video are a work in levels of progression, so steadily progress and this should hopefully help keep you injury free and stable for further training.
