Upper Body Pressing

Explanation

Upper body pressing strength is important for good posture and and well balanced upper body strength.

In this video Georgia Taylor-Brown provides exercise demonstration as British Triathlon's Senior Strength and Conditioning coach Ian Piper talks us through three exercises; the box press up, the eccentric only press up and the full press up. Breaking down the progression of the press up in this way allows you to perfect and become confident in using the correct technique.
