Seven Brits secured top-ten finishes over the weekend as they were in action in Tangier and Malibu.

At World Triathlon Cup Tangier, Harry Leleu out-sprinted French duo Louis Vitello and Valentin Morlec to secure a well-earned fourth place, with just two seconds covering the trio as they crossed the line. The Brit ended the day just eight seconds behind Norwegian Vetle Bergsvik Thorn who finished third. Further back Hugo Milner secured 21st place with teammate Hamish Reilly in 23rd.

In the women’s race Vicky Holland returned to action for the first time since 2021 following her pregnancy. The 2016 Rio Olympic Games bronze medallist crossed the line in seventh place with a time of 00:59:17, just 15 seconds off the podium places. Hollie Elliott was the next Brit over the line as she finished 12th with teammate Sophia Green coming 35th.
