How do I renew my membership?
If you have a direct debit set up already your membership will automatically renew each year. We will send you an email notifying you of the amount that will be debited from your nominated account 10 days before the payment is to be taken. If you have not selected the direct debit option you can login to your member’s account here and renew by direct debit or by credit or debit card.
There has been a problem with my Direct Debit, what should I do?
If there has been a problem with your direct debit we will notify you by email. You will then need to make the payment for your membership using a different payment method. This can be done by visiting your member’s account here. Alternatively, please call British Triathlon Membership Services on 01509 226153 and we can process the payment over the phone.
Can I still access my benefits if my Direct Debit has not gone through?
If your membership payment has not been processed your membership will not be valid and you will no longer be able to access your benefits.
How do I change my Direct Debit details?
You can do this through your member’s account area here or you can call or email the British Triathlon Membership Team.
What if I want to cancel my Direct Debit?
