How do I renew my membership?
If you have a direct debit set up already your membership will automatically renew each year. We will send you an email notifying you of the amount that will be debited from your nominated account 10 days before the payment is to be taken. If you have not selected the direct debit option you can login to your member’s account here and renew by direct debit or by credit or debit card.
There has been a problem with my Direct Debit, what should I do?
If there has been a problem with your direct debit we will notify you by email. You will then need to make the payment for your membership using a different payment method. This can be done by visiting your member’s account here. Alternatively, please call British Triathlon Membership Services on 01509 226153 and we can process the payment over the phone.
Can I still access my benefits if my Direct Debit has not gone through?
If your membership payment has not been processed your membership will not be valid and you will no longer be able to access your benefits.
How do I change my Direct Debit details?

What is Gift Membership?
Gift membership is a process by which you can purchase British Triathlon Home Nation membership for another person on their behalf. In 2020 we relaunched the way gift membership works and made this to be available all year round rather than just at Christmas.
How does Gift Membership work?
When you purchase a membership for someone you will be sent a voucher code for you to share with the recipient who can use this to claim and activate the membership type that you have purchased for them, at the time they wish the 12 month membership to begin.
All you need to know is their name, age, which Home Nation they should belong to and whether they are a member of a British Triathlon Affiliated Club. The recipient will then be asked to enter the rest of their details when they activate the membership.
Will the Gift Membership be received in time for Christmas?
Yes, if you order your Gift Membership before Christmas you will get an email with a voucher almost instantly after the purchase that you will be able to present to your recipient for Christmas.
