Biography

I have been involved in sports coaching for over 20 years with the last 10+ in Personal Training helping well over 100 clients achieve their fitness goals. I have realised that a lot of these clients responded well to a “training with a purpose” style where they chose a event and trained with this event in mind. Fitness and or weight loss was a welcomed result of this approach.
The main goal of You Tri Coaching & Fitness is to give you the best chance of achieving your triathlon goals by putting YOU at the centre of the program and decision making. Every program I design will start with a initial conversation where you can tell me what you want to achieve, your hopes , your fears and your experience. There is nothing off the shelf here. We offer individual and group packages so you can celebrate your success with friends and family if you want.
So whether your dipping you toe in as a “Bucket list” challenge or you’re a experienced veteran I’m sure I can help.
