I’m passionate that balance in life is an essential part of success and that all athletes are unique. Your profile is based on your goals, commitments, and time available. I look at your posture, biomechanics, and lifestyle factors that may affect these. I take a holistic approach to develop, enable and equip you to succeed. Your plan fits to your life, not your life to the plan. I want you to have a positive and life-changing experience. I have a deep understanding of the impact of training and racing with over 30 years in the sport and racing at all distances, at all levels to Age Group and World championship. I am a Level 3 Triathlon Coach, Level 3 Cycling Coach, qualified cycle-fitter and in S & C and Yoga. I’ve coached at all levels from club and novice competitors to Age Group, National & World Championships. From training for your first event, an Ironman, or Age-Group representation, I can put together a bespoke training plan for you to achieve life balance and racing success.
