Biography

I have been involved in the fitness industry for 30years, triathlon scene for over 13 years and coaching for over 7 years. I am a British Triathlon Level 3 High Performing Triathlon Coach. Whether you’re preparing for a sprint distance triathlon or an Ironman, training for three disciplines can be overwhelming. Hiring a coach can make the world of difference, not only with planning workouts, but also with keeping you motivated.
My coaching philosophy is to coach the person first then the athlete because we are all individuals, we have different values that are important to us, different available time to train, different daily lifestyles & different personalities.
I will take all these things into account & we will work collaboratively together to help you become a better, healthier version of yourself and the best athlete you want to be. It’s not just Triathlon Coaching, it’s almost like Life Coaching for Triathletes!
