Biography

I love to support people pursue their chosen endurance goals and adventures. My philosophy is to focus fully on your endurance training you need life to be healthy and organised enough to fit it in. This can look completely different depending on circumstances but life comes first. To support a healthy, organised life you need to fit a frequent strength training session and set aside a small amount of time to assess your goals and motivations into the future. With a strong body and a direction, you will support a healthy life as well as boost your endurance training potential. Quality fuel is needed to support a good life too. The world of diet and nutrition is confusing. My aim is to help you keep it simple and healthy to power up your endurance. My core value is to keep training healthy. With this in mind, I coach The University of Exeter Triathlon Club. I coach 121 online and run open water swim squads. I also offer support to anyone in the community via my website.
